Description:
The Lema union is currently exercising drinking water skills (EP) and collective sanitation (AC)
across the territory of the department of Mayotte.
These skills are currently delegated, by 2 distinct fertile contracts, respectively:
- To the Mohoran Water Company (SMAE),Since March 6, 2008 and until December 31, 2026 for
the public service of the EP;
- to the Mahoraise Sanitation Company (SMAA), from March 16, 2020 and until March 15, 2030
for the public service of AC.Multiservices for these public services, in the words of the draft contract attached to these regulations, relating to the detailed perimeter
in the following article
Multiservice concession of public drinking water and collective sanitation on the territory of Mayotte
From theTaking effect of the contract, scheduled for January 1, 2027, the perimeter of the concession relates to the
totality of the works of the drinking water services and to the works of the collective sanitation service of the union Les Eaux de Mayotte, currently not included in the perimeter of the contract of leveomingWith the
SMAA (known as "works in DPGF") until March 15, 2030, then on all the works of the service from
from March 16, 2030.
