The Lema union is currently exercising drinking water (EP) and collective sanitation (AC) skills (AC) across the territory of the department of Mayotte.
These skills are currently delegated, by 2 distinct hinders, respectively:

a Mohoran Water Company (SMAE),Since March 6, 2008 and until December 31, 2026 for the Public Service of the EP;
-
a Company Mahoraise of Sanitation (SMAA), from March 16, 2020 and until March 15, 2030 for the Public Service of AC.For these public services, under the terms of the draft contract attached to these regulations, relating to the detailed perimeter in the following article.
