Description:
This public contract takes the form of a composite single-awardee contract, which includes two parts:
- for preventive maintenance missions, it is carried out in the form of a simple public contract at a global, fixed price (estimate: 200,000 euro(s) excluding tax);
- for missions of curative maintenance, it is carried out in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders, in application of article R2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code (estimate: 200,000 euro(s) excluding tax)
This is a framework agreement with the following amounts:
o without minimum amount;
o maximum amount over the period market price: 200,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax
