- Description:
- The CEA Le Ripault center wishes to set up a multi-awardee framework agreement (three holders maximum) over 4 years to carry out development, renovation or construction work to cover the needs of the CEA. Needs can range from €0 to €300,000 excluding tax per case.
The services that can be triggered under the framework agreement will relate to studies (mainly execution documents), works, as well as the associated supplies and materials necessary for their completion.
The center includes:
-A main site with an area of 146 Ha composed ofboth tertiary buildings, industrial premises, workshops and merlons (380 buildings) located in the town of Monts,
-A second site called the Ruchard Experimental Grounds (TER) with an area of 107 Ha , hosting around twenty buildings, located in the town of Avon les Roches.
The framework agreement will relate to the carrying out of small routine works, structuring works to renovate tertiary zones or technical infrastructures as well as works falling within the framework of multi-year unified renovation programs (PURs) ( example: renovation campaignn floors, paints, carpentry, etc.).
The forecast distribution of work will be of the following order:
- 50% concerning VRD- GOE - SOE work
- 25% concerning electrical work
- 25% concerning HVAC/Fluids works
