Description:
The purpose of the framework agreement is to permanently ensure the proper functioning, operation, monitoring, maintenance and performance of all technical installations: distribution
heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical installations, plumbing, electromechanical and fire protection equipment.
The contract is concluded for a period of 5 firm years from notification of the contract.
The consultation is not broken down into batches for the following reasons: technically more difficult execution of services (all of the installations constitute a homogeneous whole and are connected to each other); a strong link of responsibility between routine maintenance (P2) and major maintenance and renewal (P3); better coordination of interventions, facilitation of energy optimization of the site.
The form chosen for the execution of the contract is a single-award framework agreement for services comprising a lump sum part and a purchase order part with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 800,000 euro(s) excluding VAT for 5 years in application of articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code
