- This contract defines the methods of implementing preventive (fixed part) and curative maintenance (part with order form) of the optical fiber network. It concerns the technical premises and the optical network. Its objective is to ensure intervention operations on time contractual (guarantee of recovery time within 4 a.m./7/7). Regarding lot 2: the fiber optic network concerned by this market is a dedicated fiber network (FTTO). It is not an FTTH type network. The framework agreement is "composite". It includes a "market Ordinary "(Preventive maintenance) and a part" Framework Agreement for Purchase Polts "(Curative Maintenance). Each lot will be the subject of a separate allocation. Maximum amount of HT of ordering services for the total duration of the contract and for all lots: 280,000.00 euro(s) Euro(s) H.T
