The municipality of Nazelles-Negron wishes to entrust to a third party, via a development concession concluded at the risk of the concessionaire, the realization of a multi-site development operation called "revitalization of the heart of Bourg de Nazelles". This is a global project with a main vocationHabitat which must also be used to enhance the heritage, reveal the commercial potential and to live together in the sector. This procedure is part of articles L.300-4 and following and R.300-4 and following of the town planning code referring to the public order code. The operationIncluding 4 islets of the historic center of Nazelles, to be treated by the developer in connection with the town, around the crossroads of the Louis Viset streets (RD n 1) e! Camille Breton (RD n 5): the island has approximately 1,115 m2 with 7 owners, the islet B of around 350 m2 with 1 private owner, the islandC approximately 545 m2 with 3 owners and the Ilot D of approximately 1,050 m2 with 5 different owners
