- The Community of Communes Terre de Camargue (CCTC) has the skills "drinking water" and "collective sanitation" throughout its territory.
This consultation is intended for the conclusion of a concession contract for the management of its public drinking water andcollective sanitation on the perimeter of the CCTC. The contract will be concluded for a basic period of 12 years and 6 months from July 1, 2026 or from the date of notification if it is later
The mission of the concessionaire will include:
for the drinking water service,
- the supplyConstant to all users of water with the chemical, physical and bacteriological qualities imposed by the regulations in force,
- the exploitation of sampling, production, adduction, storage, and drinking water distribution in order to ensure continuityfrom service to users,
for collective sanitation service,
- the operation of wastewater collection, transport and treatment facilities so as to ensure continuity of service to users, as well as compliance with the regulations in force in terms of compliance with the compliance ofSanitation system and releases,
- Management of treatment sludge in accordance with the regulations,
for the two services,
- Maintenance, surveillance, maintenance, repairs and renewal of equipment,
- The realization of the work provided for in this contract,
