Description:
Multi-service concession for the operation of public drinking water and collective sanitation services on the perimeter of SIAEPA D'AZAY on CHER VERETZ LARCAY.
The delegatee will manage the services at his own risk. He will have to ensure the management of production works and equipment.on and distribution of drinking water, meter reading, management of the collection network, wastewater treatment and sludge evacuation. Management includes operation, maintenance, monitoring of installations, carrying out work a? the responsibility of the delegatee, keeping up to dater plans and inventory of networks, relations with service users and submission of annual reports to the Community.
Optional variants are authorized under the conditions defined in the consultation regulations.
The service of drinking water has the characteristicss following estimates for 2024:
- 4,900 users,
- 221,500 m3 of total invoiced volume (2nd half of 2024),
- 3 boreholes,
- A purchase of water from the Metropole de Tours
- 1 treatment plant and 3 reservoirs
- Approximately 159.9 km of network.
The collective sanitation service has the characteristicsfollowing estimates for the 1st year:
- 4,440 users,
- 198,000 m3 of total volume billed (2nd half of 2024),
- 1 STEP 10,000 EH, 1 STEP 70 EH and one STEP 80 EH
- A spill of effluent in the Tours Metropolis
- 20 PRs including 13 equipped with TP
- Approximately 84.8 km of network
