This consultation concerns the management of a public service. The city of Colombes wishes to entrust to the service provider, for exclusive and for the duration specified below, the management of the multi-reception les Alouettes, with a capacity of 60 places located Zac de l'ile Marant, rue de Frankenthal in Colombes.
