FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT MULTI-AWARDEE FOR SUBSEQUENT CONTRACTS: PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE MISSION (AMO) FOR DECOSET WASTE MANAGEMENT FACILITIES The purpose of this contract is to carry out general and specialized project management assistance missions relating to waste treatment facilities
The multi-awarder framework agreement with subsequent contracts with maximum has passed in application of articles L. 2125-1 1, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code and also articles R 2162-7.
This contract is a multi-awardee framework agreement with subsequent contracts with a maximum per operator and in value:
- 5 operators maximum per batch 1 (subject to a sufficient number of offers)
- 3 operators maximum for lot 2 (subject to a sufficient number of offers)
Consequently, the maximum amounts per lot for the total duration of the framework agreement are as follows:
- Lot 1: 4 million euro(s) excluding tax
- Lot 2: 8 million euro(s) excluding tax
They cannot result in substantial modifications to the terms of the framework agreement.
It is recalled that the conclusion of subsequent contracts is done when the need arises, during the period of validity of the framework agreement.
