Description:
The purpose of this contract is the conclusion of a multi-awardee framework agreement relating to the carrying out of civil engineering works relating to the construction of underground infrastructures intended for the establishment of communications networks electronics in the territory of Saint-Martin. The framework agreement will be executed by a re-competition during subsequent contracts, under the conditions provided for in the consultation documents. The framework agreement is concluded with a maximum amount of 11,000,000 euros hourly taxes.
