Description:
The multi-awarder framework agreement with subsequent contracts with a maximum is concluded in application of articles L. 2125-1 1, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code and also articles R 2162-7. This contract is a multi-awarder framework agreement with subsequent contracts with a maximum per operator and in value: - 5 operators maximum for lot 1 (subject to a sufficient number of offers) - 3 operators maximum for lot 2 (subject to a sufficient number of offers) Consequently the maximum amounts per lot for the total duration of the framework agreement are as follows : - Lot 1: 4 million euro(s) excluding tax - Lot 2: 8 million euro(s) excluding tax The subsequent contracts specify the characteristics and terms of execution of the requested services which have not been fixed in the framework agreement. They cannot result in substantial modifications to the terms of the framework agreement. Please note that subsequent contracts are concluded when the need arises, during the validity period of the framework agreement. The services desired as part of the subsequent contracts are listed in CCTP
