It will be awarded to 5 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of offers).
THE Maximum amount of subsequent contracts that can be concluded on the basis of this framework agreement is 12,000,000 euros excluding tax over the duration of the contract.
The exclusions to this framework agreement are specified in the consultation regulations
The execution of the services of each subsequent contract begins at from the date fixed by service order.
The work of subsequent contracts will be settled within 45 days from the date of receipt of the compliant payment request by the Project Owner.
