Description:
The purpose of the consultation is: the execution of SPS coordination missions on the port sites of Ports de Normandie.
Lot n1: SPS Coordination Missions on the Cherbourg site
Lot n2: Coordination Missions SPS on the Caen-Ouistreham site
Lot n3: SPS Coordination Missions on the Dieppe site
The services will be the subject of a split framework agreement with purchase orders with maximum without minimum in application of articles R. 2162-2 et seq., R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Order Code Public.
Each purchase order specifies the services described in the framework agreement whose execution is requested and determines the quantity.
Framework agreements will be awarded to several operators, within the limit of a maximum number defined in the following table:
Framework agreements will be awarded to a maximum of 3 economic operators per lot.
