Description:
This framework contract is intended for the work of wet network for the needs of the Beaune Cote et Sud agglomeration community (CABCS). It is a multi-attribute framework agreement with subsequent markets that passed in call for tenders opened in application of articles L1212-1 and L1212-3, L2124-1,L2125-1-1 , and articles R2124-1, R2162-1 to R2162-12 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement is concluded without minimum and with a maximum set at 10,000,000 euros excluding tax on the duration of the market. The market takes effect from its notification for a period of 4 years. Market conclusionsubsequent subsequent on the basis of this framework agreement can only be done during the period of validity of the framework agreement. No subsequent market can therefore be notified after the date of validity of the framework agreement. Any current consultations for awardsubsequent markets will be classified without follow -up.
