The framework agreement with maximum (700,000 Euro (s) annual HT) has entered into articles L. 2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the public procurement code. It will give rise to the conclusion of subsequent markets. The shape of the markets will be defined by each subsequent market. These areissued to meet specific needs or specific operations. They will be concluded with a single economic operator. The duration of these subsequent markets will be stopped according to the provisional calendar of each need.
