Description:
The framework agreement is allocated in 3 lots:
Lot 1: Realization of preliminary diagnoses with work projects, as well as various technical audits.
Lot 2: Realization of all elements of project management mission.
Lot 3: Realization of part of the Mission Missionof work.
In the context of this allotation framework agreement with subsequent markets, the attributors will be led to carry out any type of project management missions within the framework of technical needs and/or work of the built real estate heritage, composed of family housing type HLM, in collective orin individuals, homes, gendarmeries, shops and various ERPs .... Note that new constructions do not include the perimeter of the framework agreement.
The framework agreement with subsequent markets is a contractual technique provided for in the public procurement code, allowing the power contractorto build up a pool of operators, with a view to subsequent competitions of the latter when the specific need for the scope of the framework agreement. Consequently, at this stage, the procedure will only lead to the signing of the framework agreement with the attributes.The conclusion of the so-called subsequent markets will subsequently take place according to the appearance of the needs of Val d'Oise Habitat and after bringing in competition of the framework holders and this under the conditions provided for in the consultation regulation
