The agreement covers services necessary for the implementation and deployment of an operational excellence approach
Development of flash audit
analyze the actual functioning of activities, objectify operational performance and formulate recommendations to clarify the decisions
Awareness and training for operational excellence
The holder of the lot will support SEQENS in the development of a common culture of operational excellence, by proposing awareness-raising, training and certification actions adapted to different populations. internal
Process optimization
The incumbent will support SEQENS in the continuous improvement of key processes, particularly those with a high impact on quality of service and deadlines.
Formalization of procedures and quality documentation
The holder will support SEQENS in the implementation compliance and structuring of documentary repositories
Dashboards and activity management
The incumbent will support SEQENS in the definition, structuring and implementation of reliable and performance-oriented management tools.
Management and monitoring of the performance plan
The holder will support SEQENS in the implementation, monitoring and governance of the performance plan
