The purpose of this framework agreement is "the realization of structure studies on behalf of the public company of Marseille schools".
Place of execution: Primary schools in Marseille.
The framework agreement is concluded with two economic operators.
It is made of unit prices andFlawaries.
In the event that an atypical or complex mission requires a majority of new prices ( 50% of the quote) MOA may, if desired, have a competition of the 2 holders on the basis of specific specifications by the MOA. The criteria for judgment of the offersOf these subsequent markets will be at least the price and the weighting of the criteria chosen and defined by subsequent market. The provisions of other market parts, especially on the administrative component (variation in prices, penalties, etc.) will remain unchanged. The passage of a subsequent marketdoes not take any consequence on the maximum of the framework agreement (excluding amendment).
Orders are made as needed by order formal in view of the prices of the BPUF/DQE under the following conditions.
