Description:
Open tender, subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code. This is a multi-attribute framework agreement with purchase orders without a minimum amount with a maximum annual amount, in application of articles R.2162-4 andR.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the public procurement code given the difficulty of precisely assessing the necessary quantities, the market will be concluded in the so-called "order formal" form distributed over the duration of the framework agreement. The framework agreement is broken down into 2 lots as follows: - lot no1: Supply of tools, machines and agricultural equipment and their consumables; (with a maximum amount of 40,000 euros (s) HT) - Lot No2: Supply of tools, machines and non -agricultural equipment, and their consumables (with a maximum amount of 60,000 Euro (s) HT) the duration of theis 1 year, renewable 3 times for a period of one year. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 4 years. This market is the subject of environmental clauses (see article 11 ofCCAP)
