Description:
The purpose of this notice is to make the following services:
• The distribution of unproclated rails 50E6 and 60E1, of lengths 36m and 108m, in nuance R260, according to standard NF EN 13674-1, in the last index in force, and the technical specification IUC 860, for the needs of LRS LRS oars;
• Transport and storage of rails 36m and 108m in nuance 350 LHT, supplied by RATP;
• Electric welding or by induction of rails, in the workshop, depending on the standard EN 14587-1;
• The provision of unloading sets;
• Transport and assistance to unloadingof LRS;
• The guarantee of the 50th and 60th rails, in nuance R260, and welds.
The rail welds must be carried out in a fixed installation. These must be straightened and grinded in accordance with the standard EN 14587-1 to reach a tolerance of rectitude and classity of class1.
The results of tested and flexion tests must meet the requirements of the standard EN 14587-1.
LRS trains must be equipped with an "stauebli" or "nicot" type brake.
