Description:
Land search, as part of the program to deploy urban logistics sites.
Location: Metropole de Montpellier. The Property must be located outside the ZFE, ideally at the limit of this zone and no more than 5 km (in a straight line without deviation, i.e. "as the crow flies") from thea Low Emission Zone. Land in the ZFE may be retained subject to benefiting from an administrative derogation ("corridor").
Accessibility: land close to major traffic axes with access to heavy goods vehicles 38 T.
Allotment: 3 lots:
Lot 1: The area of the land will be includede between 18,000m2 and 30,000m2, for a future building between 6,000m2 and 10,000m2 (Ratio of 1/3);
Lot 2: The land area will be between 30,000m2 and 42,000m2, for a future building between 10,000m2 and 14,000m2 (Ratio of 1/3);
Lot 3: The surface area of the land will be between 42,000m2 and 54,000m2, for a future building between 14,000m2 and 18,000m2 (Ratio of 1/3);
