The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Services are regulated by unit prices. The purpose of this framework agreement is the rental of refrigerated vehicles without driver intended for the delivery of meals to the Workshops departmental culinary studies (ACD) in the colleges of the Department of Savoie. It includes: - the monthly rental of a refrigerated truck weighing less than 3.5 tonnes, for the permanent needs of the Maurienne departmental culinary workshop; - rental occasional (weekly or monthly) refrigerated vehicles, in order to compensate for the immobilization of departmental vehicles and to meet temporary or exceptional needs of the Department for the various departmental culinary workshops . Occasional rentals concern: - refrigerated vehicles weighing less than 3.5 tonnes; - 6 ton refrigerated vehicles Monthly rental and occasional rental of refrigerated vehicles for the delivery of workshop meals departmental culinary courses in the colleges of the Department of Savoie The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders.
