Description:
The OPAC de Saone-et-Loire undertakes a vast rehabilitation of the Bois Roulot district in Montceau-les-Mines. This site, composed of 180 dwellings spread over eight buildings, suffers from its image of the 1970s despite a privileged situation, close to the lake, shops and sports equipment.
Ambition of the project is twofold: restoring a new identity to the district and improving the quality of life of the inhabitants. Priority is placed on energy performance, with a clear objective: to pass buildings from a label D to a label C, thus significantly reducing the consumption.
The work will be attacked with the entire living environment: insulation of facades, replacement of windows, modernization of systems heating and ventilation, without forgetting the landing doors. The common areas will also be renovated, with elevators given to nine, A video interphony and secure railings. Outside, pedestrian developments, new lighting, redesigned green spaces and the residentialization of the ground floor will restore the site a more welcoming and safer character.
Inside the accommodation, the comfort will be Reinforced thanks to the motorization of roller shutters, the upgrading of electricity, the renovation of floors, walls and ceilings of water rooms, as well as the modernization of kitchens, bathrooms and WCs, better suited to the current needs of tenants
