• Description:
• This framework agreement concerns the supply and delivery of consumables and electrical equipment. The consultation was carried out according to a procedure adapted in application of articles L. 2120-1-2°, L. 2123-1-1° and R. 2123-1-1° of the Order Code public (CCP). The framework agreement is single-awarded. The successful holder will be consulted, whenever a need arises, through the issuance of purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of articles R2162-1 to 6 of the CCP, and articles R2162-13 and 14 for provisions specific to purchase orders. This single-award framework agreement with purchase orders is governed in application of article R. 2162-4 paragraph 2° of the CCP with maximum annual amounts set at: Lot n°1: Moldings, protections, equipment and miscellaneous: €24,000 excluding tax, Lot n°2: Lighting, LEDs and Lamps: €18,000 excluding tax, Lot n°3: BAES: €14,000 excluding tax and Lot n°4: Wires and Cables: €10,000 excluding tax. The applicable prices will be those in the unit price schedule. Prices will be applied to quantities actually ordered. - Duration of the framework agreement. This framework agreement is entered into for a period of 1 year from the date of notification to the holder. It can then be renewed twice, tacitly, for a period of 1 year. Its duration does not may therefore exceed 3 years. If the Community decides not to renew the framework agreement, it will send the holder, at least 1 month before its expiry, a letter of non-renewal by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt via their buyer profile Xmarches.fr. The holder of the framework agreement cannot refuse the renewal according to the provisions of article R2112-4 of the CCP. - Delivery time: The maximum delivery time for an order is set at a maximum of 5 working days from receipt of the purchase order by the holder.
