- The purpose of this market is to carry out travel agency services including the transport and accommodation of beneficiaries (elected officials, CAESM agents, and any other person supported by CAESM) as part of their professional trips or by invitation from Martiniquetowards the rest of the world.
Travel agency services concern the search, reservation and emission of:
- Air, rail and sea transport titles,
- Reservation vouchers for hotel rooms,
- Reservation vouchers for rental vehicles, with or withoutdriver
-Reservation vouchers for airport/hotel transfers.
Transport titles (air, sea, land)
Air, rail and sea transportation services include at least:
-The reservation, purchase, issue, delivery of transport securities;The cancellation of reservations for metropolitan trips, DROM, internationally, and in the Caribbean;
-the processing of reservations, individual notes or groups;
-The presentation of the best offers and prices according to the needs and constraints of the mission in order to allow aChoice and to issue the order;
-the travel insurance in connection with tickets (cancellations, repatriations, etc.) whose purchase opportunity is systematically left to the buyer;
