Mono-attribute framework agreement of Mastery of Urban Works giving rise to the awards of order form and subsequent markets in application of articles L2125-1-1 and R2162-2 Paragraph 2, R2162-4-2 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public order code.: 900,000 maximum htmontating part of order form on the duration of execution: 100,000 exceptional HTDURE justified in the RC and the CCAP: 10 years renewable up to 15 years. 3 candidate groups will be retained in the restricted phase according to RC.3 shutters:- Shutter 1:Mission of mastering the work of public spaces (Art 3 CCTP of the framework agreement)- Package mission with subsequent markets of the pro at the AOR-VOLET 2: Regulatory support (Art 4 CCTP of the framework agreement)- Missions with order pleasures 3: Support for operational implementation(Art 5 CCTP of the framework agreement)- Mission to command vouchers Reporting to the RC and the specifications.
