Description:
This consultation concerns a mono-attribute framework agreement for urban project management, to ensure the implementation of the concerted development zone (ZAC) large arenas and the sector of the multimodal exchanges (PEM) in its urban components (monitoring of the urban project),Architectural (follow-up of lots), in monitoring public space work to be carried out (monitoring of infrastructure work), on the basis of the approved public equipment program and the ZAC realization file and in terms of communication and concertation assistance.
The Framework Agreementconsists of the following missions:
-Missance A: follow-up of the urban project, declined as follows:
*Mission A1.A on the appropriation of previous studies, updating of the operational phasing and integration of "strata" for the development of public spaces and mission A1.B of annual coordination,
*Mission A2 On the monitoring of the urban project:
A2.A Punctual adaptation of the urban project on certain sectors
A2.B Declination of the project with network operators
A2.C Urban studies concerning projects of public spaces under another project management
A2.D deepening of studiesTechniques on the scale of the district
a2.e support in administrative procedures relating to the implementation of public spaces
