Description: The purpose of the framework agreement is to define repair services of electrical energy installations (equipment for HT/BT electrical posts, quay electrical boxes, etc ...) as well as repair of HT/BT cables buried following damage. The installations extend over four geographic areas (naval base of Toulon, main pyrotechnics of Lagoubran, arsenal du Mourillon and peninsula of Saint-Mandrier) from a grip of around 270 ha. The technical perimeter is made up of approximately : 260 HT/BT stations, 300 Transfor, 270 TGBT, 1,300 cells, 250 quay boxes. The handling method for this consultation falls under defense or security steps (MDS): articles R .2300-1 to R. 2397-4 of Book III of Decree No. 2018-1075 of December 3, 2018 relating to the regulatory part of the code of public procurement.
