Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to relaunch a mono-attribute framework agreement with order form for road maintenance work for the municipality of Thoiry (78), in particular the revival of lot 1 after its declaration without follow-up. This market has passed according to a procedure adapted in Application of the provisions of articles L2123-1, R2123-1 1 and following of the public procurement code. It is a mono framework agreement awarded to order orders, without minimum amount. The maximum annual amount is as follows: Lot 1: 160,000 Euro (s) excl. The framework agreement has passed for a duration of one year from its date of notification. The framework agreement is tacitly renewable 3 times, by respective period of one, a maximum duration of 4 years. This framework agreement is not cut into slices within the meaning of article R2113-4 of the public procurement code. This framework agreement does not include any additional or compulsory variant services
