Description:
The services, the subject of this consultation, relate to the various office supplies, for the city of Troyes, the Municipal Center for Social Action of Troyes (CMAS) and Troyes Champagne Metropole (TCM). An order group was made up between the city of Troyes, TCM and the CMAS of Troyes, in accordance with the provisions of articles L.2113-6 and L.2113-7 of the public procurement code (CCP). The City of Troyes performs the functions of coordinator of the grouping and is, as such, responsible for ensuring the technical, legal and administrative organization of the procedure: operations: selection of the future service provider, conclusion of the contract (signature) as well as its notification. Each member of the group, as far as he is concerned, will execute the framework agreement in his own name. Pursuant to article L. 2113-10 of the CCP, the consultation will be broken down into 2 lots described below : Lot n 1: Various office supplies. Lot n 2: archive box supplies, kraft envelopes, cardboard workbook. Lot No. 2 will be subject to a later consultation. In accordance with the provisions of articles R.2161-2 to 2161-5, and article R.2162-2 of the CCP, the consultation will give rise to the conclusion of a mono-attribute framework agreement with order orders. With each occurrence of a need, the holder will be asked by the issue of an order form under the conditions set out in articles R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the CCP.
