Description:
There is a mono-attribute framework agreement with a group order in grouping with other communities, renewable once for a period of 12 months by express decision of the buyer. The Department of Charente-Maritime (650,000 inhabitants, 463 municipalities) has 210 media libraries. 86,500 people are registered in these public reading establishments. The public culture and reading service leads a network of 200 libraries which has 55,500 users. It manages a portal which allows:- the network libraries to access various services (reservation in Line, training offer, etc.),- to discover the documentary offer: via articles and thanks to research on the online catalog- to access digital resources online (service open to all users of libraries And deposits of its network).
