Description:
This framework agreement relates to the supply of posts, fixed and removable barriers and rotating barriers intended for the replacement of existing equipment or the installation of new devices, in the public and private domain of the community. The consultation aims to equip the spaces public of the municipality in sustainable, functional and aesthetic urban furniture, improving the comfort and quality of life of users. Mobiliers must meet the criteria of accessibility, security, and sustainability, while being environmentally friendly. This is a Mono-attribute framework agreement with order form decomposed in two lots as follows: Lot 1: Potage supplies, fixed and removable barriers: annual maximum amount: € 50,000 excl. HT-Lot 2: Supply of rotating barriers: Annual maximum amount: € 20,000. The holder selected will be consulted, With each occurrence of a need, through the emission of purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of articles R2162-1 to 6 of the public procurement code, and in articles R2162-13 and 14 for the provisions specific to the purchase orders. This framework agreement is concluded for a period of a year from his date of notification to the holder. It may be tacitly renewed twice a year, a maximum duration of 3 years.
