Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is the purpose of the preventive and corrective maintenance of the intrusion and emergency detection systems on the buildings of the city of Troyes. It is a mono-attribute framework agreement with a decomposed order form in two lots as follows: Lot n 1: Museographic:Annual maximum amount: 19,500 € HT - Lot n 2: Other buildings: Annual maximum amount: € 30,500 excl. Tax. The holder selected will be consulted, with each occurrence of a need, through the emission of purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of articles R2162-1 to 6 of the public procurement code,and in articles R2162-13 and 14 for the provisions specific to the purchase orders. This framework agreement has increased for a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of the notification to the holder. He can then be renewed 3 times, tacitly, by period of 12 months. Its duration does notcan therefore exceed 4 years. Provisional notification date: end of May 2025-.
