- This framework agreement focuses on the acquisition and delivery of school and parascularly books for nursery and elementary schools in the city of Troyes. This framework agreement has increased for a period of one year from the date of receipt of the notification to the holder. The vouchers ofOrder can only be issued from May 24, 2025, the end of the current market. Recondoonable three times, tacitly, per period of one year. Its duration will therefore not exceed 4 years. The holder cannot refuse the renewal of the framework agreement.
