Description:
This consultation relates to the supply and delivery of Christmas packages for the elders of the city of Troyes. This mono-attribute framework agreement with order form is governed in application of article R2162-2 paragraph 2 and R2162-4 paragraph 1 of the public procurement code with a minimum and A maximum fixed in quantity to: minimum quantity: 3400 packages - Maximum quantity: 4,500 packages. The unit price of a package should not exceed € 24.00 including tax (delivery included). For lot n 1, the framework agreement is concluded for a period from its notification date (date of receipt by the holder) until January 7, 2026. The issue of purchase orders can only take place during the validity period of the framework agreement. Deadlines and delivery places indicated in article 4.2 of the CCP, in the provisional period from December 1, 2025 to December 10, 2025 and imperatively between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Delivery days will be notified to the holder in the purchase orders. Supply of samples: the candidate must provide, in support of his proposal, a complete package (refer to the regulations of the consultation).-.
