- the purpose of this public contract is to: - detect marine mammals (echolocation clicks, songs and whistles) by the listening system and provide information on the activity of cetaceans in the area of the entrance to the Port of Le Havre and on the octeville dredged material disposal site, in thecomparing with the reference state. - Carry out acoustic monitoring of the works in real time, via a broadband and omni-directional hydrophone, to characterize the noise level induced by the river access site
