This market concerns the monitoring of the environmental impact in the vicinity of two incineration treatment centers (household waste and wastewater treatment plants) located in the town of Thonon-les-Bains. The market holder (s) are deemed to know the situation of installations, and realized each context, the importance and nature of the services and services to be performed, and all the difficulties and subjugations that may result from their execution. This service concerns monitoring of the environmental impact of the two Vongy industrial zone incineration facilities. This monitoring consists of the analysis of pollutants in the various compartments prescribed for Annex 5 of the decree n Paic-2023-0103 of 10/22/2023. The stop prescribes the analysis of pollutants on the following compartments: - the Food chain (cow's milk and vegetables) - Lichens - the floors - atmospheric fallout (Owen or equivalent gauges),
