Description:
The purpose of this consultation aims to support the support and monitoring of market gardening activity within the Agricultural Test of Troyes Champagne Metropole, for the fixed place in biological market gardening located in the town of Saint-Pouange. In accordance with article L2113-10From the public procurement code, this consultation is allotted as follows: - Lot n 1: Technical support and project - Lot n 2: Monitoring and handling of production equipment in application of article R2113-1 of the public procurement code, economic operators canSubmission for all lots. The 2 aforementioned lots can be allocated to a single economic operator. In accordance with the provisions of articles L2125-1.1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code, each lot will give rise, to the conclusion of aMono-attribute framework agreement with purchase orders. The framework holder will be consulted, with each occurrence of a need, through the emission of purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. In application ofArticle R.2162-4-2 of the public procurement code, the framework agreement will be concluded with the following maximum amount:-lot n 1: 115,000 € HT throughout the validity period; - Lot n 2: € 25,000 excl.
