- troyes Champagne Metropole launched in 2018 an experiment in collective composting on 4 sites in Troyes and its surrounding area. Building on its success, the operation continued and now includes 21 collective composting sites. Other sites are and will be being deployed.
in order toTo support the rise of this system, Troyes Champagne Metropole wishes to entrust a social integration structure with the monitoring and deployment of collective composting sites.
this market is reserved in accordance with article L2113-13, of the Code of public procurement, to structuresintegration through economic activity mentioned in article L5132-4 of the labor code when they employ a minimum proportion, fixed by regulation, of disadvantaged workers, in application of article R2113-7 of the Labor Code public procurement
