Description:
The maximum amount for the duration of the framework agreement is 800,000 euros excluding tax.
The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders.
Services are regulated by unit prices.
The services requested concern:
- Communication relating to the OPAH-RU Multi-Sites,
- Information and personalized advice to project leaders,
- Carrying out prospecting, monitoring and identification work specific to each of the 6 targeted municipalities,
- The treatment of poor housing situations as part of the fight against substandard housing and CAF decency,
- Mastery assistance of work (AMO) to support modest or very modest owner-occupiers, landlord owners subsidizing their housing and co-ownership associations in difficulty in carrying out their work, on all home renovation themes eligible for aid of Anah,
- Project management assistance (AMO) to support landlord owners in the work-free agreement for their homes,
- Carrying out feasibility studies and mobilizing development tools for the restructuring of degraded buildings or blocks,
- Animation and coordination of partners,
- Monitoring and management of the services entrusted
