Lot 1: Prime contractor (MOE) Alpine Access Project New Line of the Phase APD
The Lyon-Turin New Railway Line Project must contribute to the modal report from the road to the iron traffic iron crossing the Franco-Italian Alps.
The scenario provides for the realization:
• aMixed freight line and travelers between Lyon and Saint-Andre-le-Gaz. Beyond Saint-Andre-le-Gaz, traveling traffic uses the existing network;
• In the extension of the mixed line, a line dedicated to freight to Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne, where it will connect to the basic tunnel.
Lot 2:Project control (MOE) CFAL NORTH PROJECT OF THE APD
The CFAL NORD is the access to French access (it is part of the Lyon-Turin program).
The exit of trains in transit in the heart of the Lyon rail star is a necessary condition for the culmination of the Lyon Serm (Studiesexploitation of the EFL of 2023).
This project is broken down into 2 phases:
Phase 1: From St-Pierre de Chandieu to Dagneux (except Racc St-Exupery and Racc la Bois)
Phase 2: Dagneux a Leyment
The Lyon-Turin New Turin Rail Line Project must contribute to the modal report to the ironfreight traffic crossing the Franco-Italian Alps.
