Description:
The purpose of this contract is the modernization of the Troyes exhibition center with in particular the following works: -Replacement of the hinged access doors with automatic sectional doors -LED relamping of the entire site -Modification of the height of the Mother grill -Reinforcement of the Fire Safety System -Replacement of the divisional cabinets of the stage cage -Transformation of a hallway into a catering room -Addition of exterior 32A electrical outlet boxes -Creation of storage rooms. In accordance with article L2113-10 of the Order Code public, this consultation is allocated as follows: -Lot n1: Sectional doors, -Lot n2: Electricity (CFO-SSI), -Lot n3: Metal framework, -Lot n4: Lifeline. This consultation concerns only lots no. 2 to 4. Lot no. 1 will be the subject of a separate consultation and later. In application of article R2113-1 of the Public Procurement Code, economic operators can bid for the 3 lots. The 3 lots mentioned above can be awarded to one and the same economic operator. Lots No. 2 and No. 3 are broken down into two phases as follows: -Phase No. 1; -Phase n2. For each lot, this contract is an ordinary works contract, treated at a global and fixed price, the amount of which is fixed in article D1 of the act of commitment.
