Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to modernize, renovate, control, compliance and extension of public lighting installations located on the perimeter of the city of Nanterre, including the supply, installation and connection of candelabras, lights, cables, Transformers and other equipment of the public lighting network. The passing procedure used is the open call for tenders. The market is unique and has moved to the form of a monoattributive and order formal agreement, in accordance with articles L. 21251 and R.21622 to R.21626 of the CCP. The market takes effect from its date of notification. The market is concluded for an initial period of 12 months from the date of notification. It is tacitly renewable 3 times a period of 12 months. The market has passed without a minimum amount and with a maximum of 6,000,000 euros HT for the 4 years of execution.
