- The consultation concerns the modernization, extension and maintenance of the urban video protection system, the deployment of an optical fiber network and the integration of IP application for the intelligent and evolving territory of the municipality of Nogent-sur-Seine (Aube). This consultation has passedAccording to an adapted "limited" procedure. It includes a prior phase of selection of applications which will be followed by an offer phase during which only the candidates previously retained (at most 3) will be able to present an offer. This market is structured in two components: a partlump sum and a part of order orders. The flat -rate part is broken down into three distinct phases. Phase 1: Modernization of the video protection system - Phase 2: Deployment of City entry and exit cameras - Phase 3: Extension of the network to the other districts of the city. THEcontract will be concluded for an initial period of one year tacitly renewable twice without being able to exceed a total duration of three years. The notification should take place in September 2025. Unauthorized free variant. Negotiation possible but not compulsory. Payment by administrative mandatewithin 30 days. Financing on city budget.
