- Modernization of driving and telecontrol systems for Rhône facilities This advertising notice must allow CNR to select candidates capable of carrying out the complete modernization services of the SCADA system of the Center of Telecontrol of the Rhône (CTR) and its 18 facilities, as well as the Navigation Management Center (CGN) and its 14 locks. This is a market for analysis of the existing system, development of the new system and its deployment across all developments and locks of the Rhône.
