The purpose of this market is to ensure the complete chain for support for users, from the Call of Proximity and Assistance Call for Proximity and Office, Telephone and Multimedia Infrastructure (Visioconference / IP- TV / Dynamic display and tabletReservation of meeting room) on the perimeter of the central administration and decentralized services of the ministry, excluding public establishments under supervision. This modernization goes through the grouping of the services below which will be entrusted to a single holder: Service A: AssistanceTelephone IT (AIT) or Service Desk is the one -way shop accessible in multichannel for users of the Ministry of Culture (MC). He responds to technical solicitations (office, application and telephony) and user assistance in the context of a support forLevel 1, via different possible channels.
