Description:
The market relates to facility management services including energy supply, maintenance and multi-technical exploitation, large-maintenance-renewal work (Ger) of equipment, as well as multi-service services for the common areas of the Le Mercure building , located at 2-10 rue des Oliviers in Orly (94).
The building, with an area of 20,000 m2 consists of 3 floors:
-A basement dedicated mainly to VL parking lot of 2.70m height,
-Ar-de-chaussee divided into 12 lots for dry storage activity with rack, quays of loading and unloading,
-A R+1 for offices,
-A R+2 partial for technical premises.
It was built in 1974 and has been maintained since.
The plot is an area of approximately 30,000 m2.
The realization of large interview and renewal work will be done through of a framework agreement with emission of orders. It can be for example the replacement of the chassis

The maximum amount of orders that may have increased on the duration of the framework agreement is € 6,500 k excl.
