Description:
This consultation is launched according to the procedure: Open call for tenders R.21242 1 and R.21612 to 5 of the public procurement code. The purpose of the consultation is: project management and engineering missions for the needs of the work carried out within the framework of the police powersIn matters of public security, in particular responsible for the execution of the automatic, on behalf and at the costs of private owners, of work in application of the mayor's police powers in the following domain (s): - buildings threatening ruin, in application of articles L511-1 et seq.construction and housing (peril procedures on the building); - common equipment of collective buildings for main use of residential use, in application of articles L129-1 et seq. Of the construction and housing code; - facade restoration, in application of articlesL132-1 et seq. Of the Construction and Housing Code (procedures for restoring facades); - Prevention and protection against natural risks, in application of the general police power (art. L2212-4 of the general code of local authorities), if necessary on the basisof a jurisdictional decision authorizing the city to enter the properties concerned.
